About us
A Palm Beach County Company Focused on Flat Floors
We do one thing: get existing floors level and ready for the flooring that goes on top.
Who we are
Leveling is the job — not an add-on
Self Leveling South Florida pours concrete and self-leveling underlayment to level existing floors throughout Palm Beach County. For many contractors, floor leveling is a side task squeezed in before the “real” work. For us, it is the work.
That focus matters because the substrate decides how the finished floor turns out. Large-format tile, long vinyl planks, and engineered wood all demand flatter floors than older flooring did — and fixing a bad substrate after the flooring is down is expensive.
Whether you’re a homeowner planning a remodel, a flooring installer who needs a floor ready on schedule, or a contractor coordinating trades, you’ll deal directly with us from the first email to the finished pour.
How we work
What you can expect
Measured, not guessed
We check flatness and slab condition before recommending anything, and match the fix to the flooring you’re installing.
Products used as specified
Prep, priming, mixing, and cure times follow the manufacturer’s published instructions for the products we install.
Straight answers
You’ll know what we’re doing, why, and when your flooring installer can start. If a floor needs something we don’t do, we’ll tell you.
